Just in the news recently Poole, Weymouth and Portland were said to be amongst the dearest places to buy a home.
Ouch…. for the younger generation who struggle to get on the property ladder it is a nightmare!
Dorset rocks though!
No wonder when it is this nice.

With the sailing in 2012 coming right here on my doorstep it will only get worse for those hoping to buy.
For those who have a good place here it could be a goldmine coming up to 2012 for your house value…
