Portland…there are a few in the world, but this blog is centred around the original “Portland”, that is Portland UK, the most southern point of Dorset (county). Why do I even mention this?
I was looking at where the people who read this blog where from, what part of the world etc, using the stats which I only check once in a while on here and found there were people who lived in the “other” Portland’s of the world who were reading this too.
Interesting yet most welcome.

We are fortunate to be living here on Portland in the UK with the sea all around and some stunning views.
